Who is the photographer?

Hi, I’m Verónica, a documentary, landscape and portrait photographer from Ecuador with a passion for capturing real, intimate moments in wild and beautiful places. My work explores the connection between people and nature, and has taken me from the Amazon rainforest to glacial volcanoes and historic cities like Quito.

I specialize in creating relaxed photo experiences that feel natural and personal. Whether you’re celebrating love, adventure, or simply being present, I’m here to guide you, make you feel comfortable, and tell your story through beautiful, high-quality images.

Photoshoot in Ruco Pichincha Volcano

Meeting Point: We’ll meet at the Teleférico entrance. There, we’ll purchase tickets to ascend to the starting point near Ruco Pichincha.

Experience Details:

If you’re not accustomed to high altitudes, we can stay near the cabins. These are located at the top of the Teleférico. We can find a scenic spot for your photo shoot.

The views are breathtaking regardless of where we start!
We’ll spend some time on the swing. It offers stunning panoramic views of Quito and its volcanos.

If you feel comfortable and healthy, we’ll start walking to the “Bear Cave.” We will capture moments along the way. We will explore the trail together. BUT if you want, we can got to the top of that volcano, it is 4696m.

Afterward, we’ll return to the Teleferico to wrap up the session.

Wherever you’d like, I’ll take your photos and provide suggestions for beautiful shots. You’ll receive around 10 professionally edited digital photos, perfect for printing or personal use. I’ll bring my professional camera to ensure high-quality results.

If you need to rest at any point during the experience, just let me know. We can take breaks whenever needed!

What to Bring
Comfortable walking shoes (the trail has rocky areas).
Water, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection.
A rain jacket to stay comfortable in the high-altitude wind.
