Delivery & Edits You will receive professionally edited digital photos within 5 business days after your session. The final selection of edited photos is made by the photographer. Additional edits or full galleries may be purchased separately. 2. Usage Rights for Clients You are welcome to use the delivered photos for personal use, including printing and sharing on social media (with credit appreciated: @veronicalombeidas). Commercial use (for advertising, business, or resale) is not included unless agreed upon in advance. 3. Photographer’s Rights By participating in this session, you grant the photographer (Verónica) permission to use the photos from the experience for: Social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Website portfolio and sales pages for experience packages Marketing materials (brochures, ads, and digital campaigns) If you prefer not to be featured publicly, you may opt out by notifying me via email or message before the shoot begins. 4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. 5. Weather & Safety The experience takes place at high altitude and may be affected by weather. In the case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule at no extra cost or offer an alternative location. Accept terms and policy.
